Welcome! I saved this small corner of my website to share some bits and pieces of my life. The bits that are not always pretty and the pieces that people don't want to hear because it makes them uncomfortable. My decision to share was easy, it was figuring out where to share that was difficult. I wanted the info and resources to be available but not right in your face. DeFine NorMaL ... There is no normal for me. There never has been. Aside from the whole ADD/ADHD twist to my life, I have lived with depression, anxiety disorder, migraines and cluster migraines all my life. I'm just jumping right into this... The past few weeks have really sucked for me. On the bright side ...I have also found a tremendous amount of hope and a support system that caters precisely to my needs. It's a freakin' miracle.
